Can I combine two OET results for Ahpra? Yes, for tests from 23 April 2026: two full sittings within 12 months, each with at least the floor scores, that together reach the required score in every subtest.

Listening 350, Reading 360, Writing 350 and Speaking 360, in one sitting or across two.
How long is an OET result valid for Ahpra?
Two years from the test date to the date you lodge your application.
Does OET@Home count for combining?
No. Ahpra does not accept OET@Home. Both sittings must be full OET tests at a test centre, on paper or computer.

Method
- Across the two sittings Ahpra needs Listening 350, Reading 360, Writing 350 and Speaking 360, with at least Listening 320, Reading 340, Writing 350 and Speaking 350 in each sitting.
- A subtest your first sitting already passed needs only its floor next time; any other needs the full score.
- The second sitting must be within 12 months of the first, and both must be within two years before you lodge.
- If the first sitting is below a floor, too old or outside the window, the next sitting needs the full scores on its own.
